Ni: Nourishment Formula contains pure branched chain amino acids. Strenuous exercise can cause breakdown of protein in the muscles. The BCAAs (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) are unlike other amino acids, in that they can be taken up very quickly at the muscle site. This formulation works particularly well after strenuous exercise.
DOSAGE RANGE
½ - 1 teaspoon immediately after strenuous activity. For assisting recovery from Injury ¾ - 1 teaspoon late morning & again mid afternoon.
HOW TO TAKE
Mix in or wash down with water or juice.
